A granite cottage built in the early 1900s, Lilac Cottage has been completely rennovated throughout in recent years, creating a light and comfortable, modern, holiday home.

Accommodation

Situated on Golf Road, just a few steps from the village centre, this cosy, granite, terraced cottage comfortably sleeps four people. It has been recently rennovated throughout, with the addition of modern appliances, soft furnishings and decor.

There are two good sized bedrooms on the first floor, one king-size with views to Craigendarroch and one twin room with views towards Pananich Hill. A hair dryer, linen and towels are provided.

There is a convenient upstairs toilet and a downstairs bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The kitchen with large breakfast bar is on open plan to the lounge area, which features a log burning stove. The kitchen is bright and airy and well equiped with fridge, freezer, microwave, single oven, induction hob and extractor.

The understairs cupboard has a washing machine, hoover, broom, ironing board and iron, clothes airer and an additional bucket of logs.

Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden has a patio with seating, garden bench, borders and lawn. There is a fully stocked large log store close to the rear door. There is a retractable clothes line. At the top of the garden there is a path to the rear with access from Dee street.

There is on street parking to the front of the cottage on Golf Road.
