Our self-catering cottage is on two levels, public areas are downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The nearest bus stop in the town is 400 metres from the entrance on Oddington Road
The nearest train station is at Moreton and is 4.4 miles from Stow
The nearest RADAR toilet is in the Market Square approx 0.3 miles from the cottage
Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
There is a car parking space at the front of the cottage, approximately 4 metres from the cottage
Car park is levelled and gravelled
The entrance to the front has 5 steps each approx. 20cm high, minimum 30cm deep and 85 cm wide
The entrance to the house is signed

Main Entrance and Reception
The entrance door is 80cm wide and has one step –   23cm high, 16cm deep & 92 cm wide
The keyhole lock is 96 cm high

Main entrance leads straight into kitchen area

There is a toilet and wash-hand basin downstairs, access is via the kitchen
The door to the toilet is 63cm wide
The toilet seat height is 44cm
The wash-hand basin height is 78cm

Dining Room and Lounge 
The lounge is accessible from the garden via a wood-framed glazed door width 75cm
The lounge is also accessible via the kitchen, wooden door width 78cm
There is a dining table in the lounge, the under space of the table is 72cm at its lowest point, the table is  134cm long and  90cm wide  and  76 cm high
Free space between dining table and wall is more than 70cm all around
Flooring is of stone tiles with rug in lounge area, secured by furniture
Furniture is moveable and non-feather
There is free space clear of doors and furniture of 1m x 1.6 m
One double sofa and two easy chairs provided, all with arms
Digital TV with integral DVD and Freeview provided with remote control (also available is a stereo music system with CD, radio and tape)
Wifi available, code for access underneath Wifi box

A front loading washing machine is provided in the kitchen.
A drying clothes rack is available underneath the stairs

Access to the bedrooms and main bathroom is via the stairwell.
There are 14 steps to the upstairs landing
The steps are 18 cm in height and a minimum of 80 cm in width, minimum depth of each step is variable depending on the step. The steps spiral through 180 degrees.
A handrail is provided on the left-hand side of the stair as you ascend
The handrail is at 90 cm in height
The stairs are carpeted

Double Bedroom
King-sized bed provided: 5 ft wide.
Door width is 70cm
Bed height 50cm  floor to top of mattress.
Non-feather duvets and pillows provided
Largest transfer space available to left or right of bed is 160cm
Largest free space clear of doors and furniture is   170cm by 150 cm

Flooring is stone tiles
Kitchen has under unit lighting in addition to ceiling lighting
Fridge with freezer available, highest shelf in fridge is 173 cm
Integrated drop down dishwasher provided

Microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere

Grounds and Garden 
A private patio is provided, with patio chairs, bench, table and umbrella
A portable BBQ is provided
The garden is fully enclosed with a gate and latch lock to the main road
The garden slopes downwards gently

Information folder is produced in size 12 font
Good mobile phone reception
An emergency evacuation procedure is in place – see instructions in both bedrooms and down-stairs toilet
The cottage is non-smoking
Small dogs accepted with consent at time of booking
